Business Law

RM Warner Law handles all manners of startup legalities. In addition, our team assists companies and entrepreneurs with Internet business law matters. We're here to answer your questions and solve any business issues that may arise throughout your ventures.

When we first began our journey, we were just a group of lawyers blazing our path after doing time at larger firms. We knew we wanted to work with online businesses and tech companies, so we got busy internalizing every last detail about the statutes, regulations, and case law affecting those communities. Today, we’re a dedicated team of accomplished and top-rated Internet attorneys - but we still keep our rates with startups in mind.

FIRST, A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR INTERNET BUSINESS LEGAL PRACTICE...

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO CONFLICT RESOLUTION?

Every case is different. We’ve been practicing long enough to know what tactics and strategies work best in certain situations.

WILL THERE BE ANYONE ELSE HANDLING MY CASE?

We're a team of two partners, an associate, two paralegals, and a researcher; everyone adheres to strict privacy standards. We may want to consult another attorney about your case. If so, we'll ask first.

HOW DO YOU BILL?

Billing depends on the situation. Some services – like drafting a contract or letter – are a set price. If, however, the issue is not resolved immediately, and you choose to litigate, we bill by the hour.

HOW LONG DO YOU TYPICALLY TAKE TO GET BACK TO PEOPLE?

For non-emergencies, we typically return inquiries within 24-hours - except in rare circumstances. For client emergencies, within minutes.

HOW DO YOU TYPICALLY COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS?

However they prefer. If you’re a face-to-face person, let's meet. If you prefer to do things on-the-fly, via various digital communication tools, that works too. We’re here to make things as convenient as possible for you.

DO YOU MAKE REFERRALS?

Yes. If we know we’re not the right firm, we won’t take you on as a client. There’s no point wasting your time or money. We’ll always put you in touch with attorneys we know can handle your issue best.
